Police LEGEND: Legend for Woman, Legend for Man
Police in collaboration with Mavive are launching a new fragrant duo. The Legend fragrance for men and women attract attention with modern flacons and a new concept inspired by rivets. Police - who have previously attracted attention with skull-shaped flacons, handcuffs and falcon-shaped bottles - are now turning to men and women "seeking authenticity and paying attention to details".
The Mavive designers and Enrico Furlan, the new creative director of the House Brand De Rigo designed the new bottles. Rivets characterize the new, innovative design of Police fragrances and are very commonly presented in the fashion industry today. We can see them decorating footwear, bags, jackets, accessories, jewelry…
In my opinion, the designers’ wish was to find harmony between sophisticated elements, the smooth glass of clear lines, elegant form and sassy details representing urban city style. Metal bottle caps are embellished with a bold sequence of rivets and the legendary winged P at the top.
POLICE LEGEND for WOMAN provides an oriental-floral composition as a “synthesis of modern femininity and power of seduction”. Top notes unite bergamot, black currant and red currant. A heart adds magnolia flowers, jasmine, rose, orange blossom and amber. The base is composed of cashmere wood, patchouli and vanilla.
POLICE LEGEND for MAN mixes aromatic notes with leather, woody notes and spices. Its composition opens with black pepper, absinthe (alcoholic beverage made of wormwood, sugar and anise) and lavender; the heart incorporates star anise, coumarin and geranium on a base of leather, amber, wood and vetiver.
